Two Boys Animation Montage

Two Boys is an opera composed by Nico Muhly with libretto by Craig Lucas. It explores the darker side of the internet, the deceptions and manipulations of a digital age. I created a large number of settings for characters to exist in but also longer sequences for Nico's beautiful choruses. It was a challenge to find a visual language to represent the complexities of the internet and the nuances of the story in a very short time. I am greatly indebted to Leo Warner and Mark Grimmer for designing the video, and giving me the opportunity to work in this medium. A full list of credits can be found on the 59 productions site.
